Anca handles a broad range of legal matters, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts, and providing legal advice on complex commercial law issues. She also analyzes anti-competitive practices in public procurement.
In employment law, Anca manages the development, amendment, and implementation of internal company regulations, and addresses employment contracts and social and health contributions.
Before joining ONV LAW, Anca worked at the Romanian Competition Council, investigating potential anti-competitive agreements in various industries.
