Flavia Kenyon is a British barrister, called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2005, practising from 33 Chancery Lane chambers in London. She is internationally recognised for her expertise at the intersection of law and technology, advising on complex cross-border disputes and investigations, as well as digital assets, blockchain, AI governance, data, and privacy.
With over two decades of courtroom advocacy, strategic advisory work, and thought leadership, Flavia’s practice bridges common law and civil law systems. Her focus is on emerging legal and regulatory frameworks for cryptoassets and fintech, AI, the semantic web, Web3, decentralised systems, cybersecurity, and data protection.
Flavia joined the ONV LAW team this year and brings to the Romanian market a rare combination of common law trial advocacy, international arbitration experience, and deep engagement with cutting-edge technologies, including legally binding smart contracts (Ricardian contracts), digital trade, decentralised digital infrastructure, and AI-driven dispute resolution.
