Mihail Gorincioi joins our team of Partners, leading ONV LAW’s operations in Chișinău. He supports domestic and international companies across sectors including corporate & commercial law, human rights, immigration, employment, litigation, and environmental preservation. Mihail’s track record includes successful projects in Belgium, France, and the USA.
He is a member of the Council of the Training Center for Lawyers within the Union of Lawyers in Moldova and serves as a trainer in EU Law. Mihail has contributed to the Council of Europe and various consultancy projects on the rule of law, rights, migration, and legal education.
Mihail lectures on European Law at “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University in Iași and is pursuing a PhD in “Human Rights and Combating Corruption Crimes” at the University of Craiova. An avid traveler and guitarist, Mihail combines his legal expertise with a passion for exploration.
