Ministerul Justiției a lansat în dezbatere publică, până la data de 9 aprilie a.c., noul proiect de lege privind procedura acordului de restructurare preventivă, care propune un mecanism îmbunătățit de restructurare și redresare financiară pentru companii, care să încurajeze abordarea timpurie a stării de dificultate. Noul proiect de act normativ transpune în legislația locală Directivă (UE) 2019/1023 și propune modificări semnificative în ceea ce privește suspendarea executărilor silite, apreciază specialiștii ONV LAW: se suspendă executările silite de drept de la data deschiderii procedurii, pentru susținerea negocierilor (4 luni, cu posibilitatea de prelungire, în condiții specifice, până la 12 luni).
