O modificare recent adoptată de Parlamentul României aduce o schimbare importantă în materia executării silite, cu impact direct atât pentru creditori, cât și pentru debitori. Este vorba despre modificarea art. 666 din Codul de procedură civilă, care reglementează procedura de încuviințare a executării silite.
