ONV LAW’s Catalina Lazar (managing associate), Lorena Ciobanu (associate) and Miruna Vlad (associate) provided input on laws and regulations on conservation of plant genetic resources, sustainable use of plant genetics, access to plant genetic material, water quality management, soil health management, and assessment and incentives for sustainable agriculture.
