We kept building on what we do best
In the last year, ONV LAW team has been involved in M&A transactions across the real estate, agribusiness, automotive, and logistics sectors. In the area of infrastructure, we advised clients on a broad range of energy and utilities projects, providing legal assistance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from early-stage development, financing, and site acquisition, to procurement, construction, and ongoing project implementation. The team also supported clients in managing contentious matters and guiding projects through to completion.
We continued to share our knowledge with law students through Share & Shape program, a project designed especially for law students who want to embrace real-world legal challenges, but also helps them develop critical thinking, ethical judgment, and resilience.
We shared our professional expertise with our community on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Our online community grew stronger, interacting with content that provides practical guidance and industry perspectives.
